Before the flight: establish the context.
Start with the mission and aircraft, identify the remote pilot in command and crew, and record the location and communication plan. Link a saved customer quote when it is relevant. Use the optional preflight checklist to document your preparation.
During the job: capture useful details.
Enter flight times and mission details while they are fresh. When requested, location-based lookups can provide weather, nearby-airport, and surface-airspace information. Online lookups depend on service availability.
After the flight: keep and share the record.
Review the completed information, create a PDF with your organization name and logo, and optionally include the linked quote. Share or save the report through the iOS share sheet.
